This has been a much researched and sought after item in my household. From the very beginning, he has needed a bra that would suit his purpose. And...let me tell you...they are next to impossible to find. It is so frustrating...to be a crossdresser (s) (wife). And be having your husband asking you how to correctly stuff it. Personally, I don't recall ever having that problem.
